Our 10-Phase Process

To make sure that all projects go according to plan, stay in budget, and are completed on schedule, we have devised and perfected a 10-Phase Process which we use in all of our jobs.

Each job is divided into 10 distinct phases, with multiple steps and checkpoints within each phase. This approach to construction work allows us to stay on course and be accountable. The 10-Phase Process also means that clients have more control over projects. We do not move onto the next phase until you are completely satisfied with the previous phase.

During the course of construction projects, it is common for clients to change their mind about building materials, design, and other aspects. We believe that it is your right to change your mind as many times as you want! Rather than allowing these changes to hinder the project, we have allowed for changes within the 10-Phase Process.
