My family and I could not be any happier with our decision to use All Family Pools. Michael is incredibly easy to talk to and has a WEALTH of knowledge about pool building but also about residential construction as a whole. This gave us tremendous confidence in trusting him with such a large purchase. As with most building projects, there were small setbacks along the way, but Michael always called personally to explain things and give honest answers and solutions. He is 100% a man of his word and that is pretty rare these days. I'd much rather have small delays with full transparency than hear empty promises. If Michael said it was happening, it did! Often with him personally handling it because he made assurances it would get done. My backyard looks and feels like our own little oasis paradise and I will recommend All Family Pools all day, every day. TOP NOTCH!!
